BR - Room 12 - Sunrise Surprise, spacious, great for entertaining

The biggest issue we had was with the TVs. None of the 3 worked. We tried 3 times to have someone fix the problem but when we could get someone, they did not know what to do. There times when we could not find someone and when we called we one time we were connected a switch board in Hawaii.

Sunrise Surprise was perfect for our stay. It’s dog friendly- with an enclosed back yard which was a bonus- it has lots of space and is in a great location. 3 teenagers had plenty to do including the arcade game, foosball table, closet full of board games and a giant TV. The check-in process was smooth and checkout was easy too. The place was super clean and had all amenities that we needed.We will definitely stay again!

The "cottage" we were in was very roomy and very practical. I guess we didn't realize it was in an older motel. No exteriornpicsbto showbthat.

The place was absolutely amazing. Perfect set up. Clean and very well located.

Better communication, signs, and descriptions Positive: The space was great, lots of room for all we needed. Full kitchen with everything needed to make meals. Lots of space to relax, and free snacks! Comfortable futniture. Negative: One bathroom was not updated and looked unclean due to stained bathtub. Also, the room was marked differently compared to others on-site and we had people try to come in three times. One from a car service wanting to leave their business card and the other two were other guests thinking this was the front desk. The directions for the room did not describe that you had to open one door to get to another. Also said there was two bedrooms, and really it was two beds, one was a common room. The description also didn't mention that the bedrooms were upstairs, and not accessible on the main level.
